TSUBAKI R/W can keeps the metallic sheen after Reactive, Acid, direct, Cationic and Disperse dye.(In case of disperse dyeing, The surface of polyester film is dyed.)

■Keep dye lots separate.
■We recommend not re-spool the yarn.
■Do not use Sodium chlorite and Chlorine agent for bleaching.
■AKX KBA type can keep the metallic sheen after Acid and Cationic dyeing. (Avoid dispense & reactive dyeing)
■NNX NX type can be dyed to your wanted color after being Acid dyed woth Wool or Nylon. (Avoid dispense & reactive dyeing)
■When making a sample product, please do it in a same process (washing / treatment) of a bulk product.
■Each dyeing factory have different condision(dye solvent, Auxiliary agent etc.), Please make a test prior before your actual production.
■Keep dye lots separate.
■We recommend not re-spool the yarn.
■Avoide all procedures in strong acidic and alkaline conditions as metallic may lose its luster or color.
■Remove sweat, spills, etc. immediately by laundering in water or by dry cleaning.
■Wash dark-colored products separetely from other laundry.
■Before storing, first ensure that the lamé is dry. Then cover with a thick polyethylene bag.
■Please avoid using a mothball in the storage area.
